  39 seats are available here, do you know how many people come in and see it packed and leave for somewhere else?
  I sat alone at a table for 2 where I watched in a span of 2 hours 13 people come in and leave without buying anything.
  Their newly renovated café I think is prettier (never cared for the painted mural) but the new wood chairs are crazy uncomfortable, maybe good for people that love to sit really straight?
  I've notice that the line up area has lots of dead space, they could easily add a long bar type with stools on one side and standing on the other...
  My mind is always trying to find a better way to do things, especially after I've drank a large Smoked Butterscotch Latte in a nice white mug.
  Their wifi is absolutely the best, I get why it's crowded with college students.
  The decor is very brown so it'll make you fell like staying a lot longer.
  The beige leather sofa chairs are the most comfortable place to be seaed, too bad there's only 4 of them.
  
  So it's expensive, crowded, uncomfortable, but here I am.

  Great spot to work, specially in the afternoon, when the sun hits in through the window.
  Service was exceptional, as usual.
